NEWS: Two things I would like to share with you, one old and one new. The old one is that I was interviewed in Bergens Tidende (Norwegian newspaper) in an article about street art in July. More on that right here. The other thing is that I will appear with works in a new book called “Stickers 2” which is due to release in November. I haven’t seen the book yet, but will post pictures from it and more info on where to buy it later on.

I still receive (and respond to) e-mails, so continue to send me mails about anything you might have on your heart.

Over the last 10 years or so, online news papers have entered the position as our most important news source. They are mostly free of charge, they can publish news as they happen and they are accessible from all over the world.

But despite of this, some people still think online papers aren’t worthy this unique posistion. It’s critics say that because of the fact that online papers have advertising as their main source of income, the result is a greater number of articles about sex and other “click-able” subjects, and less articles about what really matter in the world. The real news.

To check this out, I have made a full scale front page of Norway’s second largest newspaper(Dagbladet.no), consisting only of sex-articles found on their front page during the last six months.

Even though it turned out a bit childish, I have been thinking about making this trashcan into an alien for months. So it was basically just an idea that I had to get out of my head. I can also add that even though you can’t see it on the picture, this trashcan is actually placed right behind the biggest church in Bergen, the Johannes Church. “I Believe”… Get it?
